Individual Coaching with Teens/Young Adults

As a coach, I partner with young people to navigate the stress and anxiety of adolescence. Like an athletic coach, I focus on character and values development and building the skill sets and mindsets needed to achieve their goals. I empower teens and young adults by providing tools and strategies to lower stress, reduce anxiety, enhance communication, develop healthy social connections, improve time management, and build confidence and self-esteem.

Individual Coaching with Adults

The goal of individual coaching with adults is to support you in building the life you want. In this series of one-on-one coaching sessions, we will start by setting long term goals and exploring values. 

We will also explore my 5 Step Pathway to help you identify areas of stress in your life and discover strategies you can use to manage your response. You will learn tools and actions you can use right away.

Group Coaching

Group coaching offers a supportive community experience to help participants lower stress and increase well-being.

I facilitate small groups through workshops, my 5 Step Pathway Program, and the Positive Intelligence (PQ) program. Programs are based on neuroscience, positive psychology, performance science, and cognitive behavioral science.

Consulting to Schools & Organizations

As a consultant, I partner with schools, districts, and other organizations on the implementation of social-emotional learning (SEL) programs. I consult with organization leaders and educators to create customized programs that include workshops for adults and students covering topics such as adolescent development and well-being, stress management, and more.
